Jim and Chrystal Booth

President and founder of 414 Missions, Jim Booth was married in 1996 to his best friend, Chrystal, and they have 3 children, 4 grandchildren (and one on the way) and a long history of ministry experience.

Jim was a Pastor's / Missionary kid in Sierra Leone, Africa for a few years as a child when medical hardships brought his family back to the states. He grew up a pastor's kid and in 2009 went into full-time ministry on staff at a large church in North Idaho. Chrystal also worked on staff as an admin at the same church where they had the opportunity to go to multiple countries on short term mission trips with the purpose of small group training and pastoral mentorship. In 2015 the Booths moved to Texas where Jim worked as a Discipleship Pastor, bringing LIFE Groups to the established church, and Chrystal was the Communications Coordinator and wrote curriculum for the church's network of LIFE Groups.

While working in Texas, Jim led multiple short term teams to Peru, when God got ahold of his heart to move full time to the jungle and begin devoting all his time (and Chrystal's) to making disciples and equipping pastors in the jungle to make disciples. Since they got boots on the ground, God has expeditiously moved in mighty and miraculous ways.
